Wohaj hired two marketing interns through Wohaj.
We ran our own hiring on the platform we build. The opportunity went out on Wohaj, the applications arrived through it, and we reviewed every applicant in the same company workspace any organization gets. Two were hired. What convinced us the model works was the standard of the people who applied.

Published opportunities appear in the public listing, so anyone can see them, including students who have not signed up yet. Applying requires a student account. Drafts are visible only to your team.
Applications arrive in your workspace with the student's Career Book behind them, so you can read the actual work before deciding. You move each application through the stages yourself: applied, reviewing, shortlisted, interview, offer, hired.
Yes. Discovery lets you search students by what they have done and contact the ones you want to hear from. Students control what appears on their public record, so you only ever see what they chose to show.
No. Wohaj is currently free for students, and we have no plan to change that. Students are never charged to apply, and an organization cannot pay to rank a student higher or lower.
Yes. A company profile supports team members, each signing in as themselves, and you can invite colleagues from your company settings. How many seats you get depends on your plan - the free plan starts with one, and more is a conversation with us.
Yes. Wohaj runs hackathons on the platform, with registration, tracks and results Wohaj records. If you are planning a hackathon, a challenge, a campaign or another student programme, talk to us and we will work out what it needs. That is arranged with us directly rather than self-serve.
